2006 Show Season Highlights
Cops had an amazing 2006 show season!

Cops spent most of 2005 living out with his mares and went to two shows in the fall of 2005. Since the mares that are old enough to ride are all busy with broodmare duty, Cops got to come back out to the show ring. He was sidelined for the first two shows with a hoof injury, but has made up for it since then! In 8 shows Cops has brought home 6 Supreme Championships and 1 Reserve Supreme,
along with a total of 29 championships and 5 reserve championships.During the same time, Cops' foals Goldhills Most Wanted, Goldhills Maverick, Goldhills All That Glitters, Goldhills Calendar Girl and Goldhills Silver Screen have all brought home championships of their own!

The last in this series of photos shows Cops and Gerald about six strides before Gerald tore his hamstring and collapsed. Cops was a good boy, but Gerald got a quick trip to the Albany, Oregon emergency room! Gerald is recovering, but is still not really able to run properly. Cops is fine. Photos captured from video. |
